Prior to her admission to practice, Sonia worked at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in administration and was then promoted to the role of Elective Surgery Manager.
Sonia Zielinski completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2007 and then the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2008. Sonia has been practising in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law and Estate Law since her admission to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in October 2008.
Prior to opening the doors of Zielinski Legal, Sonia was employed in a general practice where she also represented clients in personal injury matters.
Sonia has appeared in matters in the Magistrates Court of South Australia, the District Court of South Australia, the Supreme Court of South Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia for various criminal, estate and family matters.
She is experienced in preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives and Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration and has acted on behalf of beneficiaries and executors in estate litigation matters.
Sonia is experienced in Criminal matters, having acted for clients in various traffic matters, basic and aggravated assault matters and matters involving theft.
She is also experienced in all aspects of Family Law from the preparation of Consent Orders and financial agreements to litigation in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Sonia is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is committed to providing clients with the highest quality legal advice and affordable services.
