Prior to her admission to practice, Sonia worked at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in administration and was then promoted to the role of Elective Surgery Manager.
Sonia Zielinski completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2007 and then the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2008. Sonia has been practising in the areas of Family Law and Estate Law since her admission to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in October 2008.
Prior to opening the doors of Zielinski Legal, Sonia was employed in a general practice where she also represented clients in personal injury matters.
Sonia has appeared in matters in the Magistrates Court of South Australia, the District Court of South Australia, the Supreme Court of South Australia, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for various estate and family matters.
She is experienced in preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives and Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration and has acted on behalf of beneficiaries and executors in estate litigation matters.
She is experienced in all aspects of Family Law from the preparation of Consent Orders to litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
